The Old Hunt

The first thing the Old Hunt gives a warlock is the Scent. Name a creature and you know which way it is, how far off it is, and one true thing about what it's doing right now.

From there the patron is mostly about closing ground. The Pack's Step eats whatever distance an enemy opens up, and Run with the Hunt means you can't be frightened of anything you're chasing.

There's more on offer if you accept the Hunt's Terms. The three are No Turning, No Hiding and No Quarter, and each is a restriction you carry until your next Long Rest, so the trick is saving one for when the stronger version counts. At 14th level a spectral hound starts running the edge of the fight, and it is not a pet. The Chase rides along in the PDF as well, a one-page way to run pursuits at any table.
