Warlock Patron for 5e
Signing on with the Dreaming Court is a lot like taking a job. The Court is a parliament of dreams, and it keeps its warlocks busy running errands in the waking world.
The spell list leans hard into control from one end to the other. At 14th level the warlock can summon a creature before the Court and offer it either an audience or terms. An audience lasts only as long as the target keeps failing its save. Terms are the other road, and they tend to be the part a campaign remembers.
